Child Safety Standards & Declaration

HimShaadi’s published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Platform: HimShaadi (Him Shaadi) Matrimonial App & Website
Last updated: 30 October 2026

HimShaadi is committed to a safer matrimonial platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This policy applies to profiles, photos, messages, and other content or activities associated with HimShaadi.

1. Adults-only matrimonial service

HimShaadi is intended only for people aged 18 years and older. Minors are not permitted to create or use matrimonial accounts. Accounts identified as belonging to minors may be disabled or removed.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

HimShaadi strictly prohibits any conduct or content that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child, including:

  • Uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to exploit minors.
  • Using profiles, messages, or platform features to facilitate contact with children for sexual purposes.
  • Threatening, promoting, or facilitating any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. Report child safety concerns

If you encounter suspected CSAE, CSAM, an underage account, or any child safety concern involving HimShaadi, report it promptly using the reporting or support feature available within the app, or contact our safety team directly:

Email: himshaadi1@gmail.com
Phone: 8988028062

Include the relevant profile ID, a description of the concern, and any non-explicit supporting information. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services.

4. Review and enforcement

We aim to review child safety reports promptly and take appropriate action when violations are identified. Actions may include restricting or removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving information where legally required, and cooperating with lawful investigations. Once we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, we will take action in accordance with applicable laws and these standards, including removal where appropriate.

5. Compliance with child protection laws

HimShaadi is committed to complying with applicable child protection and online safety laws, including relevant requirements in India under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. Confirmed CSAM and other reportable child exploitation incidents will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Reports in India can also be made through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
